The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ronhovde, Ernst and Clymer present and with Vice-Chairman Fields presiding.  All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”.  Becky vonRentzell, Dan Spaulding, Jacob Blunt and Lucas Billesbach were also in attendance.
Vice-Chairman Fields declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Presentation of the minutes of the October 21, 2009, meeting.  Vice-Chairman Fields declared the minutes approved as presented.
Reports:
Streets: Clymer reported Pavers ground down and patched “D” Street, 5th Street, and 6th Street. Pavers will return to finish blowing out and sealing cracks.
Park: Spaulding reported the bathrooms are winterized and closed.
Library:
Sewer:  Billesbach updated the board on the progress for the new Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Release of funds should be issued on November 13, a special board meeting will be held on that date at 7:00pm. Ronhovde entered the room at 7:40.
Presentation of the Claims.  , Federal Withholding: $1164.58. Elmwood Public Library: $1350.91.  OPPD: $2989.62.  Cass County Refuse: $60.00.  Hawkins Water Treatment: $501.38.  Sign and Screen Design: $30.00.  Windstream: $112.12.  Motion by Ernst, 2nd by Clymer, to approve the claims as presented and instruct the Treasurer to pay the claims. RCV: Aye: Fields, Ernst, Ronhovde, Clymer.  Nay: none.  Absent: Blunt.
Unfinished Business Discussion of Stansell’s unlicensed dogs.
New Business: Motion by Ronhovde and 2nd by Ernst for the village to donate the candy the children will receive while visiting Santa at the Holiday Extravaganza.  RCV: Aye all.  Nay: none.  Absent:Blunt.

No action taken.

There being no further business, Vice-Chairman Fields declared the meeting adjourned.
