The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ernst, Ronhovde, and Vice-Chairman Fields presiding. All signed the "Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting". Lucas Billesbach, Ken Kunz, John Oehlerking, Merle Backemeyer, Dale Piper, Butch Sailors, Greg Drake, Diane Stille, Dan Spaulding and Becky vonRentzell were also in attendance.
Vice-Chairman Fields declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Minutes from the March 17, 2010 meeting were presented. Vice-Chairman Fields declared the minutes approved as presented.

Streets: Motioned by Ronhovde, 2nd by Ernst to approve raising dog license fees from $5.00 to $6.00 as stated in Resolution 4710. RCV: Aye: All. Nay: None. Absent: Blunt and Clymer.

Water: Spaulding reported the water tower is due to be drained and inspected in spring or fall.
