Streets: Bauer Underground started fixing and finishing the things that were listed on their punch list. Bauer will wait until it gets to be warmer weather until they fix the sprinkler systems. There is a street gutter drainage issue that Ed had JEO look at while they were in town today in front of Blake Ulmer’s shop and Ed is waiting to hear back from JEO on the matter.
Water: Ed switched back to the chlorine tablets and everything is running smoothly.
Sewer: Moriah re-evaluated the Sewer Max charges based off Jan- March 2020 for the billing month of March 2021. The sewer max will be re-calculated every January. Bills will look a little high this month for some since we only billed the base charges for January due to the accumulation of snow so your meter reads will incorporate January and February usage and Meter reads will be accurate from here on out.
