The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ronhovde, Ernst and Clymer present and with Vice-Chairman Fields presiding. All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Becky vonRentzell and Dan Spaulding were also in attendance.
Vice-Chairman Fields declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Presentation of the minutes of the November 5th and 13th, 2009, meetings. Vice-Chairman Fields declared the minutes approved as presented.

Streets: Spaulding is waiting for Dave Vogt to pound the stakes for the “No Parking” signs on “F” Street across from the school.

Motion by Ernst, 2nd by Ronhovde to approve the claims as presented and instruct the Treasurer to pay the claims. RCV: Aye: Fields, Ernst, Ronhovde, Clymer. Nay: none. Absent: Blunt.
Unfinished Business The board instructed Clerk vonRentzell to send a letter to Stansell’s informing them they have 10 days to license their dogs or it will be turned over to the village attorney.
New Business: Motion by Ronhovde and 2nd by Clymer to adopt the new Nebraska Basic Code Ordinances 314. RCV: Aye all. Nay: none. Absent: Blunt.
