The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ernst, Clymer, and Chairman Blunt presiding. All signed the "Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting". Evan Wickersham, Butch Sailors, Becky vonRentzell and Dan Spaulding were also in attendance.
Chairman Blunt declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Minutes from the January 20, 2010 meeting were presented. Chairman Blunt declared the minutes approved as presented.
Reports:
Streets: Clymer reported a claims adjustor is working with Andersons regarding the sewer line that was damaged from the village repairing a water leak. Ernst introduced the One and Six Year Resolution, Clymer 2nd the motion. Aye: All, Nay: None. RCV: Ernst, Clymer, and Blunt. Absent: Fields and Ronhovde. Wickersham, from JEO, will start taking bids and construction cost estimates for the spring street projects.
