The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ernst, Clymer, Ronhovde, Fields and Chairman Blunt presiding. All signed the "Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting". Becky vonRentzell, Dan Spaulding, Butch Sailors and John from Ameritas Investment were also in attendance.
Chairman Blunt declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Minutes from the February 16, 2010 meeting were presented. Chairman Blunt declared the minutes approved as presented.

Streets: JEO sent a proposal to provide engineering services for 2010 street improvement projects.
Park: The board instructed the Clerk to start posting "Summer Help Wanted" posters around town.
