The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ernst, Ronhovde, Clymer, Fields and Chairman Blunt presiding. All signed the "Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting". Evan Wickersham, Kevin Sasse, Butch Sailors, Dan Spaulding and Becky vonRentzell were also in attendance.
Chairman Blunt declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Minutes from the May 5, 2010 meeting were presented. Chairman Blunt declared the minutes approved as presented.
Reports
Streets: Evan Wickersham presented the board of trustees with a bid tab from four different bidders relating to the 2010 Street Improvement Projects. Motioned by Ernst, 2nd by Fields to award Constructors Inc. for the base bid of $272,648.20 and an alternative bid of $59,929.30. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None
Park: Trustee Ronhovde commented the park playground was in need of more woodchips. Chairman Blunt instructed her to order of 4-5 loads from Dave Ortlieb. Painting the park picnic tables in July was also discussed.

Water: No Action Taken.
Sewer: Motioned by Ernst, 2nd by Fields to approve the Pay Application #5 to Hawkins construction in the amount of $250,568.95. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None.

Personnel Issues: Due to a conflict with Chairman Blunt's work schedule, meetings with the Chairman and Board of Trustees will be changed to the 1st and 3rd Thursday evenings of the month. Motion by Blunt to enter executive session at 7:45 p.m. to discuss Clerk vonRentzell's job evaluation. No action taken. Board left executive session at 8:30 p.m.
