The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in special session with Trustees Ronhovde, Clements, Wilhelm, Allgayer and Chairman Ernst presiding.  All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Chairman Ernst declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.

New Business: Discussed Dog Licensing information to be sent to residents.

Motion by Allgayer at 7:35 to enter executive session to discuss the village clerk opening. Seconded by Wilhelm. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.

Motion by Allgayer at 10:18 to exit executive session. Seconded by Clements. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.

Motion by Ronhovde to retain Bonnie Drake to temporarily assist in the duties of the absent clerk. Seconded by Allgayer. RCV: Aye: All, Nay: None. Absent: None. Motion passes.

There being no further business, Chairman Ernst declared the meeting adjourned at 10:26.
