VILLAGE OF ELMWOOD
Board of Trustees Regular Meeting – November 19, 2014
The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in Regular Session with Trustees Allgayer, Ernst, Clements, Wray and Chairman Wilhelm presiding. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Chairman Wilhelm declared the “Open Meeting Act” posted. All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Visitors present: Evan Wickersham, Pat Beckmann, Ben Kastens, Deanna Sporhase, Susie Allgayer, and Linda Behrns.
Motion by Clements to approve the minutes of the November 5, 2014 Regular Meeting as presented; second by Allgayer. Vote: Yes: All, No: None. Motion approved.
REPORTS OF BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES: Street: Load of gravel to be delivered this week. Park: Restrooms broken into/vandalized. They have been re-winterized and signs posted regarding closing of restrooms for Winter. Water: Broken 4” main repaired at West D/West St.
Unfinished Business: JEO Rep. Evan Wickersham presented findings regarding water lines on West F Street. Master Fee Schedule was reviewed; no action taken at this time.
New Business: Parcel Replat – Motion by Allgayer to grant redrawing of plat for Lots 3 & 4 Rust Subdivision; second by Clements. Vote: Yes: All, No: None. Motion carried. Building Permit – 205 West C St: No action taken. 2015 Village Engineer Appointment – Motion by Clements to reappoint JEO Consulting Group as the Village Engineer for 2015; second by Wray. Vote: Yes: All, No: None. Motion approved. 2015 Village Street Superintendent – Motion by Clements to reappoint Evan B. Wickersham of JEO Consulting Group as the Village Street Superintendent for 2015; second by Allgayer. Vote: Aye: All, Nay: None. Motion approved. Keep Cass County Beautiful Presentation – Volunteers needed to paint office at Village Hall. Presentation to Lou Allgayer for his work with recycling program at Cass County Fair. Motion by Allgayer to approve the purchase of three new tires with cost not to exceed $420.00 for the 1992 Chevy pickup; second by Clements. RCV: Yes: All, No: None. Motion approved.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
